We offer local delivery for select items, available from our nearby warehouses. Delivery times vary:  From 1-3 days, 5-10 days, and 2-7 days, depending on the product. If none of the aforementioned options are displayed, it indicates that the selected product is in high demand. In such cases, the available shipping method will be shown as Standard Shipping with a delivery timeframe of 7-14 days sourced from our China Mainland warehouses.

Orders eligible for the Royal Mail 1st Class shipping option consist of products stored in local warehouses within the UK. If placed before 9 am, these orders will be dispatched on the following business day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
